Bella Poarch (born in the Philippines) is an American Filipino content creator, singer as well as a social media influencer. She is best known for posting lip-sync and comedy videos on her famous TikTok account. She started her TikTok in the year 2020 and became an established TikTok superstar in just a couple of months. TikTok attributed her with the development of their most liked video, which featured a lip-sync video to the hit track of MillieB's Soph Aspin. There were more than 66 million followers by May 2021 which puts her in third place on TikTok after Charli D'Amelio and Addison Rae. Poarch was raised in the Philippines. In an interview with the H3 Podcast Poarch told interviewers that her mother took care of her in the slums up until the age of 3. Kenneth Taylor, a married American couple who adopted her. She explained that she worked at the farm of her family during the ten years she lived there. She was the eldest of two older sisters who were adopted and also has an older brother Bryner. In Texas the family relocated to Texas when she turned thirteen. But, two of the older girls were together with the parents of their Phillipines. Then, Poarch joined the United States Navy and was stationed in Japan for several years. Bella complained she was abused by her parents, that they and their brother had no friends and that they had been abused by her father. Poarch has been actively participating on TikTok since the beginning of April in 2020. The platform is where she was recognized for her lip sync videos. The most notable was her lip sync video, that she performed Soph Aspin's Send with Millie B. It was one of the videos that received the highest amount of views. In the wake of her TikTok success, she launched an YouTube Channel as well as a Twitter Page in the following month after the joining of TikTok. Poarch is also known with her alpaca toys Paca. In 2020, she launched a limited-edition clothing line RIPNDIP x Paca.
